Happy Birthday Zach!!

Zach just turned 7!! For the weeks leading up to his birthday, we heard every day just how long we had. We heard how he was going to wash Dad's truck for Father's day if Dad promised to get him a birthday present - Father's Day was the same Day as Zach's birthday.

Zachary is my inquisitive, thinking little boy. He always wants to know how things work. He and I have had conversations on the atmosphere, hydraulics and life cycles of trees - just to name a few. He is always very helpful and wants to be involved in everything we are doing. He is my honest, little truth-teller - even when it gets him in trouble. He is the first one up in the mornings and is always ready to take on whatever challenges the day has in store for us. He loves to cook and is a great veggie chopper!! We love Zachary and are so happy to have him as a part of our family. He makes every day a little more interesting than it would be. Happy Birthday Zach!!

We went bowling with our good friends, the Despains, and we all had a great time. They even gave him a bowling pin with "Happy Birthday Zach" on it. It was a great birthday!
